Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We do not accept cancellations as all orders automatically enter our processing system immediately.
Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me by emailing me us at if you have any problems with your order and we can come to a solution.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address for their orders. If an order is sent to the wrong address at the customer's fault, the order cannot be resent to a new address unless the original order is returned and the customer pays the extra shipping fee. 
You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in the case that an item needs to be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times to different countries may vary.
