FAQ's

1. When will my order arrive?

Our processing times are currently 3-5 business days after which, we then ship your order. 

Shipping times are currently delayed because of COVID-19 however, you can find our estimated shipping times in your order confirmation (which is linked in your email via the "View My Order" button). Please do check that for when your package will arrive. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to contact us at sydandtrisdesigns@gmail.com. Below is a list of general delivery times:

  • US - 5 to 8 business days
  • International - 7 to 14 business days

Generally, most orders arrive within the 7 business day time-frame, however please allow up to 2 weeks before contacting us about your order. There may be issues with the post office due to COVID-19 and this has been seen to delay orders significantly. 

2. My order has arrived but there's an issue with my order.

An issue with your order? We strive to come to the best solution possible for any of your problems, so contact us at sydandtrisdesigns@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do for you. Please do note that personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged. 

3. What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with USPS. 

4. Can I get tracked shipping with my order?

Absolutely! All orders automatically come with standard shipping (no tracking) but if you add the shipping upgrade at checkout, you can get tracking for your order. We recommend this for orders to international countries, large orders, or countries where mail is likely to get lost. 

5. How do you ship out orders?

All orders are currently shipped out in padded bubble mailers or cardboard boxes dependent on the size of the order. To ensure the orders to get to you safely, we wrap each order so that it's waterproof inside your package. This is to protect the contents of the paper goods.
